About the Role

 We are looking for a Jr. Marketing Associate who will breathe energy and engagement into Yieldstreet's organic growth efforts. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Associate, you will work across all facets of Yieldstreet’s 360 degree integrated marketing approach, directly assisting in the way we market and engage with our current and prospective investor base. You will help execute on strategic partnerships, create engaging content, and help develop brand initiatives. Candidates should have an interest in investing and financial topics, and want to be a voice in promoting financial literacy and education. If you want to connect with a highly engaged audience and spread the word about Yieldstreet via sweepstakes, high quality content, and external partnerships, you just may be who we're looking for. The ideal candidate will recognize the need for more people to access alternative investments and want to utilize your expertise to help investors understand the ins and outs of our platform and products. While we are currently working remotely due to the pandemic, this role will be based out of the NYC office and requires someone to be located within a commutable distance 3x a week. 

What you'll do:

• Help lead organic growth of Yieldstreet's audience via strategic partnerships
• Partner with our design, product, investments, investor relations, and legal teams to further Yieldstreet’s voice and create engaging messaging and activations to nurture our community of investors
• Assist the strategic marketing team with partnership strategy and execution while developing brand marketing strategies for consumers across physical and digital touch points
• Assist with managing social media sweepstakes, that align with our partnerships, to drive brand awareness and performance initiatives
• Collaborate in the briefing of creative agencies, external PR firms and in-house talent on multimedia creative projects with aims spanning education, acquisition, and brand awareness
• Deeply customer centric and have an understanding of the Yieldstreet investment strategy, creating a voice that will inspire and engage investors on the platform and garner sign ups
• Help develop processes and project manage partnerships from start to finish
• Create wrap reports to track results and offer suggestions for strategy and workflow improvements

What you'll need:

• 1-3+ years experience in a marketing role, with preferred focus in the financial services sector#bebold #bepassionate #decidewithdata #togetherweachieve #investorfirst #own&execute (our 6 company values)
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Attention to detail, passion for innovation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Active experience using social media platforms, running social sweepstakes, and owning strategic approaches to influencer and partnership marketing
• Experience executing content and partnerships that spark engagement and acquisition while translating Yieldstreet’s overall brand message to an origination/investor focused audience
• Collaborate with our Sr. Marketing Associate and Manager to develop content, partnerships, and events (internal and external)
• Experience creating a multi point marketing plan across multiple groups 
• Strong conversational writing skills, with the ability to engage an audience
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, project management tools, Social platforms, Analytics tools, Adobe experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of investing and financial concepts is a plus
