Digital Advertising Manager

As Digital Advertising Manager, your objective will be to grow Noom’s user base by expanding and advancing our customer acquisition tactics and strategies. You will do this by working alongside the Growth team (including our co-founder and President, Artem Petakov), managing Noom’s multi-million dollar paid social campaigns, conducting and analyzing creative, audience, and funnel tests, and supporting key relationships with partners like Facebook and Google. You will use your ability to balance analysis, creativity, and strategy to simultaneously drive down acquisition costs while increasing customer volume.
This position is ideal for current growth marketers looking to work at rapidly scaling B2C startup, former analysts and economists looking to make a career change, and those capable of being in a key decision-making role that combines data and instincts to continue growing Noom’s multi-million dollar monthly acquisition campaign.

Requirements:
- Experience with Paid Facebook, Search, or Pinterest
- Experience with web analytics platforms (mixpanel, google analytics, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn fast
- Logical thinker and data-driven decision maker
- Strong attention to detail, writing skills, and creativity
- Incredibly self-motivated and can operate independently
- Good team player and willing to work hard
- Expertise with Excel
Bonus skills:
- Experience with web testing tools (optimizely, google experiments, etc.), Data Visualization tools, and Lookr
- Bi-lingual Spanish or German
