The Role: Senior Associate, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

Gemini is looking for a Sr. Associate, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing to help us accelerate the growth of our customer base through scaling our influencer and affiliate program. The ideal candidate has demonstrated deep expertise in influencer and affiliate marketing for a consumer finance or consumer tech company. You will work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to build and execute influencer marketing campaigns focused on driving measurable user acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible from start to finish, ensuring the campaigns are driving high quality users cost efficiently. The candidate must have comfort managing multi-million dollar monthly budgets. This position will play a large part in the success of our company growth efforts, requiring that you be an expert executor and able to create a sound strategy.

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience executing influencer marketing campaigns on Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook, Snapchat. 
• Drive user acquisition and customer retention from branded content.
• Develop a multi-channel strategy to meet both short term and long term acquisition goals
• Build relationships with key social network partners
• Continuously identify new opportunities for campaigns
• Work with the Creative team to develop innovative and high-performing assets 
• Track, report and present campaign performance with internal stakeholders on a regular basis
• Innovate and implement test and learn strategies, implement ongoing improvements
• Provide data-driven recommendations
• Influence the development of a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement and iteration on the marketing team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 3+ years of influencer  marketing experience
• Experience executing influencer marketing campaigns on Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Facebook, Snapchat. 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a large influencer marketing budget
• Strong analytical approach to execution and strategy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution with strong attention to detail
