Noom is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the strategy and creation of Noom’s Brand Marketing and Social Media content.  This candidate will work hand-in-hand with internal cross functional teams and creative agency partners to deliver best-in-class marketing across paid, owned, shared, and earned channels. The ideal candidate will be a consumer first, strategic thinker that obsesses over bold creative & media approaches that drive performance and deliver business results. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to understand the seasonal business goals, strategies, and consumer insights to inform the development of strategic plans in paid, owned, earned and shared channels
  • Author insight-led marketing briefs, lead the creative development of brand marketing campaigns, and manage campaign rollout, with emphasis on measurement and optimization 
  • Develop Noom’s community and Social Media strategy (including channel definition, purpose, messaging) by partnering closely with our Coaching and Influencer teams to drive advocacy, increase positive word of mouth, and increase awareness of Noom’s brand 
  • Define brand guidelines and guardrails for community managers and coaches to drive positive community engagement 
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing team to develop effective strategies and optimize creative real-time in-market creative optimizations
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with cross-functional partners and the lead production of compelling and effective channel-first content
  • Own end-to-end projects through clear cross-functional communication and diligent management of timeline and budget
  • Improve cohesion of brand story across every element of customer journey 

What We're Looking For:

  • Consumer Brand Marketers with 6-8 years of experience working in brand management with a focus on content strategy, creative development, production, and optimization
  • Audience first thinkers who understand the power of insights and data to develop campaigns and programs that drive consumer awareness, affinity, and advocacy 
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape (with a focus on social) and proven success working with media teams to balance brand and performance objectives 
  • Experience working with - or at - a creative agency and/or internal creative team to deliver compelling best-in-class creative content and campaigns
  • Experience managing growing social channels and communities for consumer brands (preferably in the health, fitness, subscription, or tech categories)
  • Problem solvers who are excited and hungry to work in a high-growth startup environment
