About the Role 

We are looking for a creative Sr. Marketing Associate who will breathe energy and engagement into Yieldstreet's organic growth efforts. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will work across all facets of Yieldstreet’s 360 degree integrated marketing approach, directly assisting in the way we market and engage with our current and prospective investor base. You will help vet strategic partners, create engaging content for all platforms (blog, YouTube, audio, podcast, social), and help to develop brand initiatives. You will have an interest in investing and financial topics, and want to be a voice in promoting financial literacy and education. If you want to connect with a highly engaged audience and spread the word about Yieldstreet via social media, high quality content, and external partnerships, you just may be who we're looking for.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Yieldstreet’s mission of helping investors Realize Their Next Level. You recognize the need for more people to access alternative investments and want to utilize your expertise to help investors understand the ins and outs of our platform and products.

While we are currently working remotely due to the pandemic, this role will be based out of the NYC office and requires someone to be located within a commutable distance.

What you'll do:

• Lead organic growth of Yieldstreet's audience via creative video/audio content, strong relationship building and an engaging social media strategy
• Partner with our design, product, investments, investor relations, and legal teams to further Yieldstreet’s voice and create engaging messages, articles, blog, and social media posts to nurture our community of investors
• Develop the strategy for a campaign, pitch it, and implement it from start to finish
• Assist with managing social media campaigns for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to drive brand awareness and performance initiatives
• Develop brand marketing strategies for consumers across physical and digital touch points
• Collaborate in leading the briefing of creative agencies, external PR firms and in-house talent on multimedia creative projects with aims spanning education, acquisition, and brand awareness
• Deeply customer centric and have an understanding of the Yieldstreet investment strategy, creating a voice that will inspire and engage investors on the platform 
• Help develop and maintain brand voice across all consumer touch points
• Earned/shared content: influencer, partnerships, customer community, etc.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years experience in a marketing role, with a focus in the financial services sector
• Active experience using social media platforms and a strong interest in learning social media & influencer marketing
• Experience posting content and an understanding of what content drives the most engagements
• Ability to translate Yieldstreet’s overall brand message to an origination or investor focused audience
• Manage and update sales collateral/templates
• Collaborate with our Sr. Marketing Manager to develop content, partnerships, and events (internal and external)
• Plan conference/event sponsorships to drive Yieldstreet’s Investor acquisition efforts 
• Proven knowledge of video, social media & influencer landscape, digital platforms, and native advertising campaigns
• Familiarity with Wordpress or equivalent blogging platforms 
• Experience creating a multi point marketing plan across multiple groups 
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, PowerPoint/KeyNote, Excel, WordPress, project management tools, Adobe Premier, Logic Pro X, Podcast hosting Platforms, and YouTube
• Strong conversational writing skills, with the ability to engage an audience
• Working knowledge of investing and financial concepts
