Join the Markets Digital Assets team within CIB Digital Markets, where you will focus on leveraging blockchain technology to build innovative financial products for JPM’s global client franchise. You will help develop and operate proprietary blockchain applications across private permissioned and public blockchains, launch cutting-edge products, and help grow wallet share in a fast-expanding client segment. This is an entrepreneurial, trading-floor role which requires significant interactions with Clients, Trading, Sales and Technology and real influence to challenge the status quo.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Intraday liquidity management: Oversee growth of JPM's intraday liquidity flows via repo and reverse repo trades executed on the blockchain, monitor client exposures, funding and settlement requirements. Resolve liquidity bottlenecks by leveraging blockchain technology, whilst growing our client wallet share.
  • Team leadership: Manage and develop a team of high performers across New York and London; set business-aligned objectives and build a playbook to scale client adoption across regions.
  • Product delivery: Support all Markets Digital Assets initiatives, both in-flight and new mandates. Help grow JPM’s blockchain product delivery across Markets asset classes vendors on commercial proposals and translate client needs into product and tech requirements.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Align Trading, Sales, Technology, Treasury, Legal, and Operations on strategy, operating model, and controls. Partner across the firm Kinexys, Corporate Banking, Payments Sales, Collateral Services, Custody on client deliveries.
  • Strategy & innovation: Drive the digital assets roadmap; stay current on market structure, tokenization standards, and regulatory/contractual developments.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

  • Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior Markets product knowledge from an execution desk, treasury, product development or sales background.
  • Execution-oriented mindset with accountability for delivering front-office targets.
  • Ability to organize, conduct, and analyze client/sales needs while bridging technical gaps.
  • Prior knowledge and experience in the Digital Assets is an advantage but not a necessity.
