  • Evaluate and refine creative trafficking workflows and Asset Management processes to increase efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and mitigate bottlenecks during peak season
  • Manage complex relationships with partners at broadcast networks (e.g., CBS, NBC, FOX, ESPN/Disney, Amazon) and Tier 1 sponsors, balancing partner objectives with League priorities
  • Support the strategic integration of brand assets across major NFL broadcasts & events, managing high-volume, time-sensitive deliverables under rigorous deadlines
  • Continually audit industry trends in sports media and partnership marketing to propose innovative ideas that elevate the NFL’s visual presence and drive operational excellence.

  • Proven track record of enforcing strict brand guidelines across diverse media (Linear, Digital, Social, and Out-of-Home) while maintaining positive partner relationships
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies and manage conflicting priorities between multiple high-priority stakeholders
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal or brand feedback into clear and actionable creative execution
