- Collaborate with Medical Impact and Outcomes team lead to ensure KPIs can be efficiently computed
- Support Medical Impact and Outcomes team lead for analyses strategic planning and insights communication
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive Impact & Outcome projects, and provide mentorship & coaching to Data Analysts
- Manage outsource vendors to drive the execution of data analytics
Planning and conduct analytics
- Develop and calculate metrics to evaluate Medical Affairs activities, impact, and resource allocation
- Analyze KPIs and data points to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business outcomes
- Implement analytical approaches to extract insight and trends from external stakeholder feedback and guide medical affairs strategy
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes of KPI measurement, reporting, and data management, aligned with Medical Affairs business needs
- Based on business needs and stakeholder feedback, drive efforts to prioritize new or improve existing KPIs, including feasibility assessment, identifying data sources, and processing data
- Develop cascade of performance metrics that link assessment of individual and Category / Affiliate performance to overall Medical goals
- Support development of systems to monitor metrics and proactively identify underperformance or changes in particular areas of Medical Affairs activity
- Leverage deep knowledge of KPIs to advise on their usage and communication to drive behavioral change, where needed
- Source and pull data from various systems and databases to populate the dashboards with accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain tools and models according to best practices
Data management
- Gather, prepares, and maintains datasets required to perform analytics
- Oversee data systems holding in close collaboration with data mgmt. lead and ensure appropriate collection, storage, and processing of data within team
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs teams to support the efficient and timely reporting of data in appropriate formats and escalate roadblocks with leadership as necessary
Collaborate with broader stakeholders
- Collaborate with UI experts to ensure data analyses can be easily visualized in dashboard(s); regularly collect user feedback to update existing metrics and improve future analyses
- Provide ongoing support to resolve technical or data-related issues and answer questions from stakeholders
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Advanced degree life sciences, data analytics or similar
