You will start to contribute changes to our product in a manner that enables you to learn quickly. You will build relationships by working closely with your team.

You will partner with product, design and other engineers, as need be, to deliver these projects. You will start to build relationships with sister teams, like our Fluent Bit OSS team and other engineers in the organization. You will contribute to upholding and improving best practices on the team.

You have

  • Strong skills in system level languages (e.g. Go, C++, Java, C#, Rust). Past experience working in C and/or C++ is required.

  • The ability to independently own projects from inception to delivery (i.e. plan and gather requirements, collaborate with Product)

  • A proven track record in designing, developing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting high-performance distributed systems at scale, with a focus on optimal resource utilization, reliability, and customer experience

  • An excitement for working on a product engineering team building and further our product development that creates tangible and direct customer value
