Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Executive to join our NeueHouse Madison Square Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships and driving membership growth across product tiers, in alignment with the NeueHouse ethos of cultural hospitality and creative community. You will effectively engage with our clients and build meaningful relationships. This role is based in New York at NeueHouse Madison Square and will report to the Senior Sales Executive.

About NeueHouse Madison Square

Located in the heart of the Flatiron District, NeueHouse Madison Square is a landmark of New York’s creative scene, housed in a historic 1913 industrial building that once served as an auction house. Across eight floors, it offers special event spaces, membership lounges, private office suites, and a members-only restaurant and bar—artfully blending an edgy, industrial aesthetic with the comfort and warmth of a designer residence. NeueHouse is where timeless design, emotive experiences, and elevated hospitality converge.

What You'll Do:

Sales & Revenue

  • Own the full sales cycle for new membership and private office inquiries from initial inquiry through signed agreement.
  • Receive, qualify, and convert inbound leads meeting defined criteria.
  • Drive proactive prospecting strategies for private suites in partnership with broker networks and senior sales leadership.
  • Generate, negotiate, and close membership agreements in alignment with internal pricing guidelines and brand positioning.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Support the renewal pipeline in collaboration with Membership Experience, including proactive outreach and upgrade conversations.

Member Acquisition & Community Curation

  • Act as a brand ambassador and the first point of contact for prospective members—embodying the NeueHouse ethos of cultural hospitality and creative community.
  • Vet and assess prospective members with an innate sense of fit, atmosphere, and curatorial excellence.
  • Conduct and coordinate thorough site tours, and in-person appointments that reflect the NeueHouse experience.
  • Collaborate with the Membership Experience team to ensure seamless handoffs from sale to onboarding.

Operations & CRM

  • Work efficiently and maintain accurate records across CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and internal systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the competitive landscape and build relationships with counterparts across the market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We Look For

  • 2+ years of high-volume, high-touch sales experience in a closing role; private social clubs, co-working/flex space, luxury hospitality, or premium real estate experience strongly preferred.
  • A demonstrated track record of driving revenue in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
  • Deep cultural fluency—you understand the world of creative entrepreneurs, innovators, and tastemakers, and you move through it naturally.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and authentic relationships quickly.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
  • A self-starter mentality with the initiative to think outside the box and the resilience to push through ambiguity.
  • Located in the New York City metropolitan area with the ability to be on-site at NeueHouse Madison Square daily.
  • Flexibility to be present for select member events, receptions, and networking opportunities.
