As a Manager of Business Planning, you'll support the operational and financial planning and analysis needs of the organization. Your innovative thinking will shape processes with direct impact on the business.
WHAT OUR MANAGERS OF BUSINESS PLANNING ENJOY MOST
  • Coaching, counseling, reviewing performance, and monitoring continuous improvement plans for a team of Business Planning Analysts
  • Managing budget and forecast functions, developing models, reporting, and performing analyses
  • Acting as a liaison to the Business Planning team for department budgeting
  • Providing oversight of complex data management including reviewing, analyzing, and providing solutions and visibility of this data to department leadership
  • Analyzing and understanding interdependencies, business risks, and risk mitigates that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of proof of concepts, new products, services, processes, and support technologies

On a typical day you'll be managing the successful development and execution of data-driven financial reporting and data analysis in a dynamic office environment. You'll thrive in this role if you can effectively organize, communicate, manage, and positively influence others.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Accounting, business planning, finance: 5 years or more
  • Skills: Superior knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Abilities: Handle multiple projects simultaneously; quickly identify business problems and opportunities; analyze and interpret data; present data and ideas effectively; make decisions and solve problems under pressure; work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Management or leadership
  • Skills: Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
