About Manifest

Manifest OS is the leading AI-native company on a mission to replace the billable hour and make legal services more accessible for American businesses and consumers. We power the next generation of AI-native law firms with one unified global brand, a proprietary technology platform, and a centralized back office — enabling lawyers to eliminate the administrative burden and focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients. Manifest OS has raised a $60M Series A from Menlo Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, First Round, and Quiet Capital.

About the Role

This is a hunter role owning new business across Manifest's Mid-Market segment — high-growth startups and scaling companies navigating corporate immigration for the first time or outgrowing their current solution. You'll run a high-velocity, consultative sales motion with HR, People Ops, and Talent stakeholders who need to move fast and trust their immigration partner to get it right. You'll own your pipeline end-to-end, from outbound prospecting through close, and will be expected to build and manage a high volume of active opportunities at any given time.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full Mid-Market sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close

  • Run high-volume outbound via cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, and referrals

  • Conduct sharp discovery to qualify fit and uncover immigration pain points quickly

  • Demo the Manifest platform and articulate the value of attorney-led immigration support

  • Manage a high-activity pipeline with discipline and accurate forecasting

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth client handoffs

  • Represent Manifest at startup ecosystem events, HR meetups, and networking engagements

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B or B2C sales experience in a high-activity environment

  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota; comfortable building pipeline from scratch

  • Strong outbound instincts — cold calling, cold emailing, and prospecting come naturally

  • Clear, efficient communicator who can run tight discovery and move deals forward

Nice-to-haves:

  • Curiosity about immigration, compliance, or the HR/People function

  • Experience selling into HR, People Ops, Talent, or Founders at high-growth companies

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by ownership in an early-stage environment

This is for you if....

You want to own a book of business and build expertise in a high-trust category. You're energized by a competitive, self-directed environment where effort drives outcomes. You want to join a founding sales team with real influence over how the function scales

This is not for you if....

You need a fully built playbook or expect someone else to generate your pipeline. You prefer long sales cycles and a slower, more structured ramp. High ownership from day one sounds stressful rather than motivating.
