Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Educate contacts through comprehensive discussions surrounding their current Enterprise Liquidity operations and Kyriba’s product offerings applicable to the mid-market space.

  • Become fluent with value proposition messaging and be able to articulate our unique business value in a consultative sale.

  • Understand where the prospect is in the buying process and qualify accordingly.

  • Nurture non-qualified prospects by offering resources and educational materials.

  • Follow-up on inquiries from marketing campaigns, online ads, events and webinars.

  • Perform high volume outbound calling activities combined with e-mail marketing.

  • Gather key information to update SalesForce.com in order to effectively prospect specified territory.

  • Enhance product knowledge through regularly scheduled training sessions and self-education.

  • Become part of a very collaborative team in terms of training and sharing education, and best practices.

  • Manage and deliver quarterly revenues with accurate forecasting of the pipeline and full transparency through the status of opportunities.

  • Curate and build your own book of business based off of defined territory, with the goal of exceeding quarterly targets and owning the sales process.

  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors Degree required.

  • 3+ years of Software Sales or Business Development experience preferred.

  • Experience selling into back office finance preferred.

  • Highly successful track record in prospecting.

  • Ability to handle high outbound call volume with corresponding high talk time.

  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.

  • Ability to learn complex Treasury concepts and incorporate into daily interactions and conversations.

  • Ability to build rapport with prospects and transition inquiries over time to the sales force.

  • Strong phone, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

  • Understand the customer’s environment and introduces new concepts to solve the customer’s problems.

  • Effective listener to understand prospect needs.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and advocate with internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Base compensation for this role is: $81,550.00 - $103,150.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
