Manage PMO workstreams for mobile technology standardization: create and maintain schedules, run meetings, manage RAID items, produce status and steering-pack updates, maintain project controls and documentation, and support the program team using templates and SharePoint.
Role and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
• Create, manage and maintain the work stream schedules
• Provide work stream meeting management
• Create and own work stream updates for the Program steering packs
• RAID management
• Create status reports
• Provide support to the Program Management team as required
• Maintain project controls
• Manage project documentation
• Use Program templates, best practice and SharePoint
Skills required
• 10 years of Project Management Office experience
• Strong knowledge and experience of project lifecycles and governance within large organizations
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to collaborate and build consensus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Good MS PowerPoint and Visio skills
• Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm required
• Demonstrate experience of technology projects and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives
Rate range - $70-$74
