What you’ll be doing...

The Verizon Business Mobility Growth Marketing Team is at the forefront of driving expansion across business segments. We are a dynamic, boundary-pushing team dedicated to discovering new avenues for growth and increasing mobility lines. We operate at the intersection of strategic innovation and rapid execution to capture market share in an evolving digital landscape. As a Marketing Campaign Consultant for SMB Mobility Growth, you will be the engine driving demand generation and customer acquisition. You will be expected to push boundaries, pioneer new frontiers in demand marketing, and uncover untapped areas of growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Mobility Growth: Taking ownership of driving mobility sales  within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) space through highly effective, end-to-end demand generation campaigns.

  • Pioneering New Frontiers: Identifying and aggressively pursuing new growth vectors, specifically focusing on digital acquisition, verticalized and local campaigns.

  • Strategic Planning & Relentless Execution: Developing data-driven, strategic campaign plans while acting as a relentless executioner. You will build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns with speed and agility.

  • Market Discovery: Continuously researching and testing into new markets and buyer personas to create scalable acquisition engines.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Navigating our large, matrixed organization to align initiatives. You will work in lockstep with Sales leadership, Field Marketing teams, Database Management,  and external agency partners to ensure seamless campaign rollout and lead hand-off.

  • Performance Tracking: Establishing rigorous metrics for all campaigns, ensuring every marketing dollar is tied to measurable business outcomes and pipeline generation.

What We’re Looking For:

You are an experienced demand marketer who balances high-level strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of finding new markets and driving measurable success.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management.

  • A portfolio demonstrating measurable success in both strategic campaign planning and tactical execution.

  • Proven ability to build, launch, and manage demand campaigns quickly and effectively.

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally within a large, matrixed organization, particularly partnering closely with Sales, Field Marketing, and external agencies.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Direct experience marketing to Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), with a distinct advantage for experience targeting business verticals and localized campaigns.

  • Deep expertise in digital acquisition channels and performance marketing.

  • An entrepreneurial, boundary-pushing mindset with a history of discovering and capitalizing on net-new market segments.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable campaign optimizations and growth strategies.

  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $83,000.00 - $159,000.00.

The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $91,500.00 - $159,000.00.

The annual salary range for the Maryland location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $91,500.00 - $159,000.00.
