Our reputation has been built on exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and a commitment to helping clients navigate the lending process with confidence.

As our business continues to grow, so does our sales organization. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening through offer stage—while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. The ideal candidate understands how to identify successful sales talent and thrives in a metrics-driven, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Mortgage Loan Officers and other sales positions.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, sales performance, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
  • Prepare and extend offers while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, candidate records, and hiring reports.
  • Continuously develop new sourcing strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals.
  • Represent the company professionally throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting sales professionals is strongly preferred.
  • Mortgage, banking, financial services, or other high-volume sales recruiting experience is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and standard recruiting tools.
Compensation
  • $90,000–$120,000+ base salary (depending on experience).
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Full-time, 100% in-office position.
  • Opportunity to join a growing organization with long-term career advancement potential.
  • Collaborative leadership team and the ability to make a direct impact on the company's continued growth.
