- Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in design reviews.
- Represent the engineering organization in the build and post-production environment.
- Ensure compliance with Boeing standards across suppliers and build partners.
- Develop customer correspondence and technical communications supporting continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Participate in on-site disabled product repair teams and accident investigation or support activities as needed.
- Analyze damage repair and structural modification requirements, including jacking and shoring to prevent collateral damage and maintain a safe work environment.
- Design interim structural repairs and conduct simple static strength analysis.
- Develop non-destructive test procedures, tools, and standards.
- Support Material Review Boards (MRBs) and other technical review forums.
- Analyze fleet and field data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for product support improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and engineering communications.
