The role

Spektrix has an exciting opportunity for a Multimedia Producer to join our Marketing team!
As the Multimedia Producer, you'll be responsible for creating compelling video, motion, photography, audio, and other multimedia content that brings the Spektrix brand, our clients, our product, and our ideas to life. In this role, you will own multimedia production from concept through delivery. You'll work closely with Design, Content & Campaigns, Client Marketing, Product & Partner Marketing, Events, and colleagues across Spektrix to identify where multimedia can effectively tell a story, develop the right creative approach, and produce high quality finished work.

This is a hands-on creative role for an experienced multimedia professional who can independently plan and execute projects while contributing ideas and creative judgment throughout the process. You should be equally comfortable developing a video concept, interviewing a client, directing a shoot, capturing footage or photography, editing a finished piece, and adapting that work for different channels and audiences.

Far beyond just fulfilling requests, you’ll unpack what each project needs to achieve, uncover high-impact multimedia opportunities, steer the format and strategy, and take full ownership of bringing high-quality creative to life.

What You'll Do
  • End-to-End Ownership & Project Management: You'll own video and multimedia projects from brief to final delivery while maintaining strict quality, accessibility, and brand standards.
  • Creative Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll develop creative concepts that support company priorities. You'll partner with colleagues in Content & Campaigns to translate campaign narratives, Product & Partner Marketing to create multimedia that demonstrates our product, and Client Marketing to interview clients to tell compelling stories. You'll also collaborate closely with the Lead Designer for visual cohesion across static, motion, and video formats.
  • Production & Shoot Execution: You'll plan and execute video shoots end-to-end, including creative development, shot planning, equipment requirements, production logistics, directing contributors, filming, and capturing high-quality photography and audio.
  • Editing, Post-Production & Motion Graphics:  You'll edit polished video across formats using strong judgment in pacing, music, and structure, while designing animations and motion graphics that extend the Spektrix visual identity.
  • Social Optimization & Channel Adaptation: You'll develop content specifically tailored to social platforms by adapting format, pacing, length, framing, and storytelling, while repurposing multimedia assets across channels to maximize their useful lifespan and reach.
  • Events, Assets & Equipment Management: You'll support Spektrix events through pre-, live-, and post-event media capture, maintain organized digital asset libraries for easy reuse, and manage production equipment, software, and freelance support.

What You Bring
  • Demonstrated professional experience in video production, multimedia production, filmmaking, content production, or a related creative role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high quality work across video and multimedia formats.
  • Ability to independently take a multimedia project from initial concept through planning, production, editing, and final delivery.
  • Strong video production, editing, and post-production skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics and/or animation and the ability to incorporate motion effectively into multimedia work.
  • Experience with photography and audio capture sufficient to produce high quality marketing content across a range of environments.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to identify the most compelling way to communicate an idea through multimedia.
  • Experience creating content for different digital and social platforms and adapting creative approaches to suit different formats and audience behaviors.
  • Confidence working with people on camera, including interviewing contributors, providing direction, and helping people feel comfortable during production.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to explain production and storytelling choices, respond constructively to feedback, and recommend alternative approaches when appropriate.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, writers, marketers, event colleagues, product marketers, and other stakeholders while independently owning multimedia execution.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, accessible, and technically sound work.
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically for shoots, client visits, and events.
