We are Kickstart Accounting, Inc.

We are dedicated to helping business owners understand their financials.

We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Bookkeeper who will collaborate closely with the Account Manager on client strategy, execution, and monthly reporting.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing client accounts, and ensuring that financial data is processed according to company policies. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in bookkeeping or accounting, with plenty of support, structure, and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  • Some experience or coursework in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity in QuickBooks Online is a plus (but not required, we will train the right person!).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Excel, Word, and Zoom.

What We Offer:

  • A career progression path that supports your growth in both responsibility and income.
  • A culture of continuous learning where your ideas will be heard and supported.
  • A collaborative team environment that prioritizes excellence in service.
  • Autonomy and ownership of your work without micromanagement but with clear expectations.

Please consider that you will have to complete the Predictive Index and Cognitive Assessments, as they are a crucial part of our hiring process and must be completed prior to scheduling an interview.

If you are excited, eager to grow in the accounting field, and enjoy working in a structured and fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
