We are looking for an analyst to join the Americas Equities structuring team. You will be involved in the ideation, pricing, and origination of new payoffs and products for our hedge fund, institutional, and distributor clients. You will liaise with various teams including Sales, Trading, Quantitative Research, as well as other members of the Structuring team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Quantitative Research teams to develop innovative financial products.
- Engage in the pricing and origination of new payoffs and products for diverse clients.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product offerings.
- Support the team in executing strategic initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or finance-related discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science), or equivalent practical experience
- Prior hands-on Python experience (academic, internship, or professional) with proven data analysis skills
- Demonstrable interest in financial markets
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to partner with a broad range of people
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Relentless attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Foundational knowledge of derivatives, including standard options pricing models (e.g., local volatility) and structured investments
- Internship or full-time experience in a structuring, trading, and/or quant role
- Exposure to SPVs, funds, or cross-asset structuring
