About the Role
The VP, National Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic national account relationships across wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, bank, and RIA platforms. This role exists to drive platform engagement, deepen partner relationships, and support asset growth through direct ownership of key accounts and execution of firm-level distribution initiatives. The position serves as a senior member of the National Accounts team and plays a critical role in expanding Global X’s presence across both established and emerging distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage strategic national account relationships across wirehouse, IBD, bank, and RIA platforms
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned home office partners, platform teams, and due diligence contacts
Drive platform engagement initiatives, product positioning efforts, and support approval processes for new and existing ETFs
Partner closely with field sales teams to maximize platform utilization, advisor engagement, and asset growth opportunities
Develop and maintain relationship management plans, account priorities, and coverage strategies for assigned partners
Monitor and analyze platform-level AUM, flows, pipeline activity, and competitive positioning to support business development efforts
Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Research, and Capital Markets teams to support partner-specific initiatives and deliverables
Support National Accounts expansion efforts across emerging channels, including regional banks, credit unions, fintech platforms, and robo-advisors
Represent Global X at national conferences, home office meetings, due diligence sessions, and industry events
Mentor and support junior team members, including Associates, through collaboration and day-to-day guidance
Skills & Experience
7–12 years of experience in asset management, ETF distribution, national accounts, or intermediary sales
Experience managing or supporting relationships with national account platforms, home offices, or intermediary partners
Strong understanding of ETF products, advisor distribution models, and platform dynamics
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic relationships and drive business development initiatives
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and partner engagement within a hybrid work environment
Existing relationships across wirehouse, IBD, bank, or RIA platforms
Experience with thematic, income, or innovative ETF strategies
