TNM is seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Executive to join Team Net Medical as an independent contractor (1099), reporting directly to the Business Director. In this role, you will primarily focus on identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for our radiation oncology staffing and professional services within the U.S. market. A key emphasis of this role is fostering long-term relationships and building trust with clients to ensure sustained partnerships and repeat business. This is a fully remote position offering uncapped commission potential.
Key Responsibilities-
Prospect and generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and market research to identify healthcare facilities in the U.S. in need of radiation oncology staffing and services.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, department heads, and C-suite executives by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to showcase Team Net Medical’s staffing solutions, professional services, and value proposition.

Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff and operations.

Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on performance metrics using CRM tools, providing regular updates to the Business Director.

Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in radiation oncology to position our services effectively in the U.S. and global markets.

Travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences to build and strengthen client relationships.

Work closely with the Business Director to align sales strategies with company goals, seeking guidance and feedback to optimize performance and client engagement.
This position reports directly to the Business Director. The National Sales Executive will maintain close communication with the Business Director through regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, client feedback, and market insights, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This includes participating in scheduled one-on-one meetings, providing detailed reports on sales metrics via CRM tools, and seeking strategic guidance to refine approaches for client acquisition and retention.
CompensationThis is a 1099 independent contractor position. Competitive commission-based compensation with significant earning potential. Uncapped earnings tied directly to performance and business development success. Travel expenses for approved business development activities reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

QualificationsQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; clinical experience or prior exposure to radiation oncology, medical physics, dosimetry, oncology services, or healthcare operations is highly desirable.
• 3-5+ years of successful sales, business development, healthcare staffing, healthcare consulting, medical services, or related B2B experience, with a strong preference for experience within oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, or other specialized healthcare service lines.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through consultative, relationship-driven selling and the successful development of long-term client partnerships.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and close complex sales opportunities involving hospitals, health systems, physician groups, cancer centers, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including reimbursement models, regulatory environments, accreditation standards, and operational challenges affecting healthcare providers. Familiarity with organizations such as CMS, ACR, APEX, and The Joint Commission is preferred.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with hospital administrators, department leaders and physicians.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and utilizing CRM platforms to track business development activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while maintaining regular communication and strategic alignment with company leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while navigating complex healthcare sales cycles and stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, trade shows, and business development activities throughout the United States, adapting to all time zones.
