In this senior, customer-facing delivery leadership role, you will own end-to-end delivery of network software and feature outcomes across major North American CSP accounts - from pre-GA trials and prototypes through general availability, rollout, maintenance, and back-mapping. You will serve as the bridge between Ericsson's R&D teams and end customers, translating technical output into safe, efficient live-network deployments. This role operates on a quarterly release cadence and is central to ensuring that planned network changes land correctly and deliver clear customer value.

Your Pay
The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is $136,000.00 - $178,500.00
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of quarterly software releases independently into customer networks
- Act as the primary R&D voice to the customer, owning all customer communication and managing release scope
- Handle escalations and drive de-escalation across KPI impacts, network crashes, and customer queries
- Use dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., OPM / CX Network Analytics) to monitor performance, quality KPIs, and delivery health
- Apply AI tools as an integral part of day-to-day delivery work
- Manage risk and "First Time Right" principles on network changes, including back-mapping, correction releases, and prototype activations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Engagement Managers, Market Area Managers) and external customers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Rogers, and Bell

- Strong customer-facing leadership with experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Technical breadth in RAN/network software - comfortable engaging with and challenging technical data, without needing to be a deep technical expert
- Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity for adopting new technologies
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing unknowns; self-driven with an end-to-end ownership mindset
- Experience with escalation management and the ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations
- Availability for on-call support during release windows; occasional travel may be required
