Are you a self-motivated individual ready to kickstart your career in financial sales? Join our dynamic Index Sales Team at ISS STOXX, where you’ll play a pivotal role as a junior sales representative. This exciting opportunity allows you to grow your expertise in index products, sharpen your sales skills, and contribute to expanding our client base. You’ll also gain valuable training from seasoned professionals while supporting the broader sales team.

As a key player on the Index Sales Team, you will:

Prospect New Business:

• Identify and engage potential clients within a defined territory, showcasing the value of STOXX/DAX Index solutions to drive new sales.
• Analyze untapped markets and territories to identify opportunities for growth and target high-value prospects.

Drive Team Pipeline Growth:

• Reengage early-stage or lower-probability prospects to requalify interest and convert them into actionable leads.
• Explore opportunities to expand current client relationships by aligning ISS STOXX solutions with their business needs.

Identify Upsell & Cross-Sell Opportunities:

• Review renewal books to uncover potential for price increases, additional product adoption, or enhancements.
• Assess client usage of index solutions and third-party delivery points to maximize value and improve commercial terms.

Conduct Market and Client Analysis:

• Analyze market trends to position ISS STOXX products effectively and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with clients to align our solutions with their product lineup and support their business growth strategies.

What You Bring

• 2 Plus years in a sales role, ideally within financial services.
• Client-facing experience and a proven track record of prospecting and closing sales.
• Familiarity with index products or financial data sales is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and client needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to connect with prospects and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.
