Our corporate office in Buffalo, NY needs an Office Assistant to assist the Accounts Payable department.
Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Office Assistant include:
- Handling all mail and digital mail received every day.
- Dragging all digital mail into Docuware filing system
- Handling all scanning data into system
- Assisting with check run
- Assisting with reconciling vendor monthly statements
- Contacting vendors for missing invoices
- Setting up new vendors
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of office experience
- Familiar with Microsoft 365
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Working well with team members and vendors
