The Axonius Workplace team is looking for a service-oriented Office Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our Tel Aviv headquarters. Operating out of our front desk, you will manage daily reception, vendor relations, and logistical operations for a bustling office of 250 employees. This role is highly autonomous, reporting locally to our Finance & Operations Lead while collaborating globally to ensure a seamless workplace experience.
Responsibilities- Front Desk & Access Management: Serve as the primary onsite contact for guests and vendors, managing badge access, guest registration, and all incoming/outgoing mail and courier logistics.
- Office & Facility Operations: Execute daily walkthroughs of 2-3 office floors to ensure maintenance standards, stocking kitchen and office supplies, and resolving facility issues.
- Vendor & Procurement Management: Source and coordinate external service providers (cleaning, catering, maintenance), including processing POs, managing invoices, and reconciling expenses.
- Cross-Functional Logistics: Execute the operational side of employee onboarding/offboarding, including workstation setup, equipment collection, and welcome kit preparation in partnership with HR and IT.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Office Management, Reception, or Administrative roles.
- Language: Native-level fluency in Hebrew and professional-level proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Gmail).
- Onsite Presence: Ability to work from the Tel Aviv office at the front desk consistently on core days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).
- Industry Background: Previous experience managing office operations within a high-growth global technology company.
- Scale Experience: Proven track record managing facilities for an office site of 200+ employees.
- Financial Admin: Experience with budget tracking and basic financial reconciliation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to manage facility projects independently with minimal daily supervision.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to maintain assertive yet professional relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
