As an Operations Analyst, you'll prepare subscription documents, assist clients with fund updates, manage transactions, and collaborate with various teams to enhance client experience.
SUBSCRIBE is an enterprise software solution providing electronic subscription document technology and an order management system for alternative product transactions.
Our technology allows allocators, sponsors, and service providers to digitize the entire onboarding, investment, and reporting process for alternative investments. Through our open-architecture platform, all stakeholders are easily connected to a central venue allowing for collaboration that reduces errors, saving time and money.
Our mission is to give our clients control and reduce friction for a very painful investment process through the use of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Subscription Documents for digitization in the platform
- Support existing clients with Fund and Offering updates
- Drive successful client outcomes by assisting clients throughout the transaction process (including subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions) and managing fund closings
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing fund managers and clients
- Liaise with clients on user experience of the platform; partner with the technology team to enhance client experience
- Develop new processes to further automate client workflows and create a seamless experience
- Work cross functionally with various teams including Sales, Client Support and Technology teams to appropriately respond to inbound requests and questions
- Additional responsibilities will be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related discipline
- Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, general technological literacy (coding knowledge not necessary)
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Exemplary oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
