  • Three to five years of direct experience in overseeing trading and/or margin

  • Demonstrated experience supervising inter-dealer market making activity in corporate securities

  • Deep subject matter expertise in Reg T and FINRA Rule 4210, portfolio margin

  • Oversee daily trading operations, monitor real-time profit and loss (PnL), and manage risk limits across proprietary or agency trading desks.

  • Issuing and verifying margin calls, handling day-trading account rules, setting house collateral haircuts, and resolving branch/client escalations.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving processes

Candidates who don't meet all of the above must have direct experience in at least one of: inter-dealer market making in corporate securities or margin financing.

Ideal candidates will also have:
  • Prior experience in onboarding, securities lending, or other brokerage operational activities preferred

  • Underwriting, corporate actions experience is a bonus
