Position Summary: 

MDpanel is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Associate to support the day-to-day administrative functions of our growing team.  This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, accurate documentation management, and seamless coordination across departments.


The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where precision and responsiveness are essential.  This position requires strong organization and technical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.


Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry across internal systems and platforms
  • Organize, review, and maintain medical records documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance
  • Support daily office operations and administrative workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows
  • Provide general clerical support as needed to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous administrative or office experience
  • Familiarity with medical record handling and documentation processes
  • Experience working in an Independent Medical Examination (IME) environment is a plus.

The salary range for this position is provided as an estimate based on current market conditions and company benchmarks.
