What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a highly capable, resourceful, and bilingual (Hebrew/English) professional based in New York/New Jersey to execute our U.S. operations. While you will report to our Israel-based Director of Operations, your primary mission is to serve as the dedicated operational engine for our U.S. presence and a key partner to our local Co-Founders.

The role is remote-first, but requires the physical proximity to be on-site at our Manhattan office roughly once per week to handle logistics, equipment, and office operations. You will also occasionally meet with our CEO in New Jersey for strategic planning and travel nationwide as needed for major company-wide events.

What you’ll do:

1. Office & U.S. Operations

  • Own and manage day-to-day U.S.-based operations
  • Collect, distribute, and manage onboarding and offboarding equipment (laptops, accessories, swag)
  • Support U.S. employees during local working hours
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for U.S.-based needs

2. People Operations

  • Own and execute U.S. employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate with HR and operations stakeholders in Israel
  • Manage relationships with key vendors: payroll, benefits, 401k, etc.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and process execution for U.S. employees

3. Finance & Customer Operations

  • Send invoices to customers in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Manage collections and customer payment follow-ups
  • Handle U.S.-related expenses, including travel and reimbursements
  • Support adherence to internal travel & expense policies

4. Events, Travel & Marketing Support

  • Own and execute annual company events (e.g., Linx Anniversary)
  • Support Sales Kickoff events at the beginning of each quarter
  • Assist with conference logistics and on-site support as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event-related logistics

5. Logistics & Procurement

  • Manage swag inventory and distribution
  • Own computer procurement, tracking, and distribution in the U.S.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new hires and events
  • Maintain oversight of travel and expense processes

What you’ll bring:

  • Fluent Hebrew speaker
  • Proximity: NY/NJ based
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, people operations, or office management at a global startup
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams independently
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with remote leadership
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
