Position Overview (both Full-time and Part-time available):

Join N1 as Operations Associate to shape the future of crypto by leading key company internal operations, external initiatives, and special projects. You will work directly with the executive team. Your work will involve assisting in company-wide planning, legal and financial operations, administrative ops, and special projects. 

Requirements:

• Proven track record in an operations related role, and experience leading, planning, managing and executing large scale projects.

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

• Genuine enthusiasm for fast paced startup environment.

• Capacity to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.

• Understanding of crypto and its ecosystem.

• Exceptional communication skills.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $60k - $100k. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in New York at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training.
