We're seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our growing organization. In this role, you'll ensure seamless day-to-day execution while building the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to scale. You'll work cross-functionally with our Investigations, Customer Success, Sales, and Technology teams to optimize workflows, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions. 

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, building scalable processes, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. 

What you'll do as an Operations Manager at Vcheck

• Optimize & Scale: Partner with the leadership team to design, automate, and implement operational improvements across the organization.
• Drive Data Visibility: Build and maintain KPI dashboards and capacity monitoring systems to track SLAs, resource allocation, and team performance.
• Manage Workflows: Oversee project delivery in Jira and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and other core platforms.
• Lead Vendor Operations: Manage the full lifecycle for domestic and international vendors, including onboarding, contracts, and capacity planning.
• Own Compliance: Oversee PI licensing across multiple states (NY, CT, CA) and manage employee background rescreening and audit responses.
• Support Business Development: Coordinate cross-functional RFP/RFI responses and streamline client intake to drive growth.
• Secure Systems: Manage provisioning, access controls, and offboarding protocols to ensure rigorous security standards.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as the operational hub connecting Sales, Customer Success, and Investigations teams.

How to be successful in this role

• 3–5 years of operations experience, ideally within fintech, GRC, or professional services.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Salesforce with the ability to build automation workflows and dashboards.
• Strong background in vendor management and optimizing complex, international workflows.
• Proven analytical skills used to identify operational bottlenecks and drive data-backed decisions.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with a knack for creating structure in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with Lean Six Sigma or PMP certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams at all levels.
