Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of operations, client delivery, market research, and financial markets. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand client needs, connect them with relevant use cases of Sphere's MDOTM solution, and support the successful delivery of projects and commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Delivery: Manage client implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, requirements, and deliverables are successfully coordinated.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and helping align Sphere's MDOTM capabilities with their needs.
  • Business Development Support: Contribute to commercial initiatives through market research, prospect analysis, and preparation of client-facing materials.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Market & Industry Research: Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and client needs to identify opportunities for new applications of Sphere's MDOTM solutions.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Enhance operational processes and maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and knowledge resources.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, client services, business development, operations, financial services, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and the financial services industry.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
