About the Role
The Business Management Support Associate role at iCapital is a unique opportunity to join the Technology department within a fast-paced and rapidly growing FinTech, where you will be able to partner with multiple teams across the company to manage a variety of programs and processes. Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and coordinate interactive and constructive employee engagement programs for the Technology organization (Analyst rotation program, Hackathons).
- Act as the central point of coordination between Technology Leads, Business Managers, and Human Resources.
- Track and maintain participation records for various programs (team assignments, manager information, performance, etc.).
- Partner with teams across the company to manage implemented programs (draft communications, announcements, process internal transfers, management assignments and seating arrangements).
- Orchestrate the development of the Technology weekly release binder (consolidate input from product managers, assemble the electronic binder and distribute).
- Identify and improve operational processes in partnership with Technology Leads (learning programs, communications, release management process, risk management processes).
- Manage content and announcements on the internal Technology site.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience with a Technology company
- Interest in working and learning in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- A positive presence, who is ready to advise on any difficult issues with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Conversant with document creation applications (Adobe, DocuSign)
- Experience managing multiple projects with various deadlines
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritization
- A natural people and culture advocate
