The Team
Datadog is in hyper-growth. Business Operations (BizOps) run the day-to-day operations for Datadog and help to keep our employees safe, happy and productive. We work closely with leadership and employees to ensure that Datadog keeps scaling rapidly yet smoothly and remains a fantastic place to work.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an Operations Associate to join us in our New York based HQ and help us scale our Business Operations globally. You’ll work with our Director of Business Operations and every day will be different. Your role can cover anything from procuring a new lease in Dubai to expanding our real estate footprint in Tokyo.
You Will:
Real Estate
Help manage our growing portfolio of Datadog offices and co-working spaces and the leases that govern them. We’re growing fast and we’re constantly in need of more space as we scale!
You will oversee our coworking operation which includes but is not limited to overseeing lease terminations and renewals, sourcing new coworking partners globally, negotiating contracts, managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Oversee all lease related audits
Oversee lease accounting software management, user access, and audit requests
Assist in tracking employee help requests which can range from procuring a new coworking space or setting an employee with access to an existing space
Playbook creation and maintenance for real estate processes - Maintain and expand summaries to build and scale new and existing processes
Process Improvement
Vendor management and sourcing
Ad-hoc reporting on various projects and efforts
You Are:

- Experienced in 2+ years working in a fast-paced environment and hold a Bachelor’s degree
