Client Services Manager
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team. Client Service Managers are challenged with ensuring flawless campaign execution and partner operation. CSMs work strategically to optimize partner performance in real-time, while focusing on implementation with partners. CS Managers are responsible for consulting buy-side clients, campaign setup, tag trafficking, QA, troubleshooting, optimizations, and product input.
What you’ll do:
- Build and traffic client campaigns
- Train clients on IAS platform and self-service tools
- Monitor and optimize partner performance
- Support clients and partners with all troubleshooting and implementation issues
- Partner closely with the Sales organization to help educate clients on our extensive product offerings
- Partner closely with the Product organization and share client feedback and help prioritize product planning based on market needs
Who you are and what you have:
- 2+ years' experience in a campaign management role
- 1+ years' experience managing Tier 1 strategic advertiser accounts
- Fluency in Spanish or Portguese, both written and verbal a HUGE plus!
- Impeccable attention to detail; service-minded and team-oriented
- Track record for forward and innovative thinking
- Self-starter
- Project management skills
- An extensive understanding of how campaign performance is measured
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends within the data to better optimize client campaigns
