CLEAR is looking for a Corporate IT Engineer to join our technology team. This person will provide technology support to our team members in the NYC and Austin corporate offices. We are seeking a dynamic technologist who is not afraid of working in a fast-paced environment and loves solving new problems. CLEAR’s data and use cases rank among the most sensitive in the world. You’ll have the opportunity and responsibility to build and maintain systems adhering to some of the highest security and compliance standards.

What you will do:

  • Engineer, test, deploy and manage operating systems, configurations, and policies for corporate endpoints running Windows 10, MacOS, IOS, and Android.
  • Manage, maintain, and evolve automated client management systems using SCCM, JAMF, Ansible, and other similar tooling.
  • Test and validate new hardware.
  • Manage core IT systems and processes such as Active Directory, SSO, virus scanning, email filtering, etc.
  • Support the development and management of a corporate IT service catalog to streamline technology requisition and support.
  • Serve as desktop and endpoint technical support for internal clients.
  • Develop and assess innovative solutions for business-driven projects and initiatives.
  • As necessary, perform other duties as required.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or the equivalent in certifications and experience, with a track record of exceptional delivery.
  • You have strong experience with Mac and Windows hardware, software, and management tooling.
  • You have strong experience managing desktop systems using centralized tooling and automation like Microsoft SCCM and JAMF Suite (Imaging, packaging, scripting).
  • Proficient in one or more modern, general purpose scripting languages (PowerShell and Python ideal).
  • Providing excellent customer service comes naturally to you, and you consistently go the extra mile to deliver timely solutions and exceed our team member’s expectations
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes and deadlines.
  • You take initiative to investigate problems until they are resolved and can provide reasonable work around options as an alternative

We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood on Manhattan's west side. Chelsea is the primary art district within the borough.
