Customer Education Specialist
Purpose

As a Customer Education Specialist, you'll be developing and delivering custom education and training to our most sophisticated clients across a range of industries. In partnership with the Box Consulting team and the client project managers, you'll build education solutions that address your clients' needs to help them change the way they think about Cloud Content Management. You will collaborate with the Box Education team and other functional partners to drive innovation of the Customer Education field and with the Operations teams to measure its effectiveness.

- You've led engaging virtual and in-person classroom training sessions and your classroom participants raved about your sessions
- You built education curricula in consultation with your clients to drive change and business results
- You have some familiarity with the latest trends in the learning field and with e-learning development
- You are open to spending part of your time onsite with clients
