Customer Operations Specialist | Billing

With the addition of Livestream's powerful technology, Vimeo offers the most complete video workflow on the market for businesses, organizations, and professional creators.

We're looking for a Billing Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Chelsea. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator, a fast learner, and understands banking and online payment systems.

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact to for incoming calls and emails regarding payments, billing, legal, loss prevention, and hardware shipping operations.
• Manage a queue of cases about the Vimeo platform, escalated from our remote teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues, drive the product roadmap and help developers diagnose bugs.

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

• Bachelor's level education or above.
• 1+ year in a support or community management role
• Excellent written communication skills
• Customer service experience and a refined philosophical approach for maintaining customer relationships
• Solid computer skills - you need to know your way around Google Docs. Knowledge of Zendesk, Shopify, Recurly or Salesforce is a plus.

We provide you with lots of wiggle room and you must be hungry to learn and grow with the company.
• You know great teams are better than the all-star players. No matter how great someone’s ideas, they’ll be improved upon through collaboration. You get along with others and know how to keep the mood light.
• You love live video and production. We help people stream video over the internet. We’ll teach you how to support our products, but you will need to know basic audio and video workflows to be successful in this role.

• This position is full-time, and located at our Chelsea office at 555 W 18th St. New York, NY 10011
• Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm ET
