About This Position.

The Director of Global Field Enablement will report to the VP, Global Operations and Enablement and will be responsible for the design, development and dissemination of selling and client success tools, collateral and training to drive incremental productivity of our field facing SaaS and Advertising sales and client success teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of enablement methodologies and be experienced creating a culture of learning through organization, collaboration, and accountability as evidenced by broad based program ownership, enablement certification, standardized curriculums, clear program objectives and KPIs, and cross organization participation.

This position also requires the ability to understand the process by which a B2B organization’s buyers make decisions and how our representatives drive these decisions in the quickest, most favorable way.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a competency model for field/inside sales and client success forces, as well as other supporting roles
  • Assess the range of sales and Client Success (CS) roles in terms of their development needs
  • Create, select, deploy, manage and measure enablement training programs (including classroom, workshop and online)
  • Liaise with product/solution marketing as it creates and distributes content to various sales and CS resources
  • Manage external vendors and suppliers of enablement-related training and tools
  • Develop, deploy and manage the organization’s enablement certification program
  • Leverage first-line sales and CS managers as agents of enablement
  • Support corporate and sales and CS strategies and objectives
  • Ensure that team is prepared to effectively sell and service against the competition
  • Manage the sales and CS content portal
  • Coordinate and manage sales and CS communication strategy and field delivery
  • Stay informed on cutting-edge tools and technology that may be leveraged to improve sales and CS productivity
  • Set and manage the sales and CS enablement budgets 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent data analytics skills
  • A deep understanding of sales enablement with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
  • Fluency in Excel required / Advanced Skills
  • Highly proficient using and managing Salesforce with 5+ years Salesforce experience
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Great communication skills and the ability to take complex data and create a compelling story
  • Proven leader with demonstrated expertise in developing, training, and implementing streamlined processes
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, sales/marketing, or related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience working in sales, business, or marketing operations
