BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for a Director of iGaming Performance who will be the primary owner of managing, standardizing and optimizing the performance of iGaming content. This role works closely with the Vice President of iGaming in the management of product pricing and placement, development of performance measurements, standardization of game configurations and identification of content needs through competitor analysis.
What You Will Do:

• Manages daily programming and placement within casino lobby
• Optimizes casino content configurations to maximize profit
• Establishes processes for procuring and standardizing performance data
• Partners with analytics to create performance measurements
• Guides optimization of On Demand Resources to maximize content space and revenue
• Establishes processes for proactive and periodic competitive analysis
• Conducts review of game play as needed
• Work with multiple stakeholders to manage requests and ensure tasks are fully completed and on time
• Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint
• Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to team member and guest problems, in a timely manner
• Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives
• Respond to visual and aural cues

What You Will Need:

• 3+ years of experience working in the Online Casino industry
• In-depth Knowledge of casino games and experience working with vendors like NetEnt, IGT, Light & Wonder, etc
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, or related field
• Working knowledge and experience in Content Management Systems such as MetaData Manager and Content Stack
• Working knowledge and experience in Jira, player account management systems Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience in roles where attention to detail is key.
• Ability to liaise with multiple teams to ensure that each part of the process is progressing smoothly
• Must possess excellent organizational skills, and expertise in project and people management

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
• Regular attendance in the office
