Role Description: 

Reporting to the President & COO, the Director, Supply/Demand Operations will own the vision, strategy, and operations around creating an optimized, real-time access for our patients to our BHP supply network in each of Quartet’s markets.

Specifically, this role will develop and scale repeatable methodologies and business requirements for the product team to ensure from a macro perspective, we have the right supply in each market and from a micro perspective, we are creating the best match for each patient. Utilizing robust analytics to understand the dynamics of provider supply and patient demand, the Director will work collaboratively across the User Success, Product, and Market Success teams to maximize the speed and quality with which patients are connected to care, leading one integrated, national support model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive analysis and build/buy/partner strategy around every BH care modality need (e.g. in-person, tele-health, other non-traditional channels such as cCBT, etc.)
  • Serve as central point across Quartet for our BH supply across all markets to maximizing patient speed to care and patient care initiation rates
  • Partner with Market Success through creation of targeted BHP recruitment lists based on specific slots and needs
  • Partner with Patient Success to monitor patient demand trends and dynamically address supply needs (especially as different PCPs sign up and become more active)
  • Partner with Provider Success to ensure BHPs stay engaged by providing adequate referrals (minimize churn of key supply resources)
  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to provide business requirements to improve internal capabilities, like SmartMatch, to include real-time patient demand-provider supply optimization capabilities to increase accurate and timely matching
  • Mentor, coach and develop team members to increase their effectiveness
  • Set goals and report on performance metrics weekly, monthly and annually

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in an operations or operations strategy role

Competencies:

  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Strong user orientation; driven to deliver the best possible experience for all of Quartet’s users
  • Hunger to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to adapt messaging to a range of audiences, from senior executives to operational staff
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally and being a great teammate
  • Well-organized and attentive to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle working in an early growth stage company environment
  • Healthcare experience a plus
