The Role
Melanin Inc is seeking a self-motivated operations manager. The role will consist of managing inventory of our sellers from whom we buy in bulk and communicating these amounts with our 3rd party warehouses (3PL). Our 3PL’s are responsible for packing and shipping products as well as managing stock so communication with them is key!

Requirements
- Manage day to day operations and make sure customers are receiving their orders on time
- Account for incoming products/skus from our sellers
- Place reorders from our sellers depending on demand for certain sku’s
- Oversee returns and exchanges to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Handle packaging to ensure the most efficient logistic costs
- Weekly virtual meetings to connect with the Melanin Inc team

Qualifications
-Experience in e-commerce & social media branding
-Experience working with spreadsheets & Shopify
-Extreme attention to detail & ability to spot trends
-Having the ability to think for yourself and uplift those around you
