Executive Assistant

We’re excited to grow our team and bring on a highly motivated Executive Assistant! This individual will provide administrative support for our CEO and CTO. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial go-getter who is enthusiastic, resourceful, dependable and organized. We sit at the intersection of several fields which require intellectual curiosity, a self-starter’s mentality, and passion!
Your role in our quickly growing team will focus on ensuring our internal systems and communications are fluid and efficient. You’ll manage many complex scenarios and help to triage workflows and priorities for the CEO and CTO. This position reports to both the CEO and CTO, who are both located in the NYC office.
In this role, you will:
- Manage complex calendars for the CEO and CTO: scheduling meetings, balancing competing responsibilities, and making decisions to optimize for priority and availability
- Coordinate and assist in the creation of materials for internal all-hands presentations, investor memos, and weekly internal communications
- Email management: read and process emails, ensure high-priority emails are addressed, and draft responses
- Book travel and accommodations with detailed itineraries
- Facilitate internal and external communications
- Plan company-wide off-sites and other meet-ups and special events
Many backgrounds could fit this role, but ideal candidates will:
- Have 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail
- Have experience balancing priorities and calendars across multiple stakeholders located across various time zones
- Possess outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Have experience in event planning

Our team is distributed across the US, with hubs in New York City, San Francisco, and Atlanta.
