The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and secretarial support for the president to ensure he can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. Keep him focused on work and remove any distractions.
Successful Outcomes
Work closely with the president on his day-to-day activities and manage a tightly packed and extremely fast-moving schedule, ensuring the president is on schedule throughout the day
● Supervise active calendars and travel plans; coordinate necessary arrangements for team and client meetings
● Prioritize functions and make appointments, ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other duties are completed.
● Anticipate the executives’ needs throughout day-to-day commitments, meetings, appearances, and events
● Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations, domestic and international, and expense management Communicate effectively with shareholders both within and outside of the organization and act as a liaison and gateway to the president.
● Acting as the main gatekeeper – screening all incoming calls and emails, prioritizing according to importance & urgency
● Monitoring the president’s inbox and proactively handling emails with discretion.
● Manage sensitive, highly confidential, personal, and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality. Assist with personal matters, such as calendaring and service provider management.
Key Prior Experiences
At least 1 year of experience in a C-level executive administrative support capacity
High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, other)
Requirements
Superb in writing and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
