Executive Coordinator
Particle Health is leading the charge on developing a best-in-class developer experience, a highly adaptable data transformation pipeline, and building connections with even more critical data sources across the healthcare ecosystem.
This role will be a conduit of organization, communication and management across the executive team. Working directly with the co-founder and CEO, the Executive Coordinator will be accountable for a wide variety of initiatives, focusing on timelines, prioritizations and execution of mission critical projects. With detail and deadlines in mind, we are looking for a person with a track record of multi-disciplinary skills across finance, business operations, project management and leadership. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in rapidly moving business environments and an aspirational goal of being a founder themselves. Working between the CEO and functional heads there’s likely no better way to jump into the deep end at a startup rapidly growing in a blossoming industry.

Scope of Role
- The range of ownership spans from high level strategic work to daily tasks and executive level management.
- Scheduling, email support and office management
- Leadership meeting support, note taking and action item translations
- Project management, tracking and reporting
- Key initiatives including:
- Office Management
- Employee administration
- Data collection, analysis and reporting
- Business analysis
- Legal support
- Team operations
- Finance and equity management
Basic Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience working in business operations, management consulting or Series A-B startup environments
- Proven experience successfully managing complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Proven ability to support executive leadership
- Proficient with project management tools like Zoho, Jira, Confluence
Nice to Have
- MBA
- Management Consultant experience
- Startup Series A-B experience
- Healthcare and/or Interoperability experience
