Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist/Mechanic
Primary Purpose: The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of office space as well as preventive maintenance and housekeeping issues where necessary.

- Execute all basic repairs and maintenance for office as well as organizing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs for facilities. Includes lighting, appliances, minor painting, carpentry, minor leaks, stoppages, and handyman activities.
- Conduct inspections of our facilities infrastructure to ensure proper operation. Identify and troubleshoot repairs as necessary.
- Maintain inventory by tracking and ordering all supplies/parts necessary for the maintenance of the facility. Assist with the organization & maintenance of facilities’ storage and closet spaces.
- Perform minor assembly and installations including lightbulbs, hanging of pictures, artwork and bulletin boards, fixture assembly, etc.
- Support space changes including office, furniture, and equipment moves as directed by Manager of Facilities.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing work order tickets in Service Now.
- Support and partner on preparation, execution, and cleanup of all NY office events - market, QBR, holiday, PR events, quarterly sample sales and fashion shows.
- Provide support to Mailroom and porter staff when needed.

- Basic knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate to supervisor and end user articulately.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, & Word to maintain logs, inventories and purchasing records, monitor and manage work orders. Effectively use email to respond to service requests.
- Availability for overtime, as needed.
- Flexibility to support both locations between 10 Hudson Yards and 2 Park Ave offices.
