The Head of Behavioral Health will be responsible for driving mental health health subject matter expertise and guidance across all divisions at Quartet including but not limited to Product, Data Science, User Success, Marketing, and Business Development. You will work to ensure Quartet’s products and services are clinically-relevant and drive meaningful outcome improvements for the people we serve.

This person will also drive Quartet’s behavioral health thought leadership by presenting at national and regional medical conferences, and publishing content including blog posts, white papers, and peer-reviewed research. You will bridge relationships to key behavioral health opinion leaders to deepen access to collaborative care expertise. Finally, you will assist the Business Development (BD) and Market Success teams in strengthening relationships with provider partners with backgrounds in behavioral health to support business goals.

This individual will have a strong clinical background in behavioral health, and understanding of provider operations both in large behavioral health clinic and private practice settings. The Vice President must have deep experience in prescribing psychotropic medications, and a track record of presenting at national and regional behavioral health conferences and publishing. Passion for building relationships with behavioral health client counterparts is a must. Preference for an individual with deep understanding of collaborative, integrated, or team care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Quartet’s behavioral health subject matter expert, guiding all internal divisions to ensure our product and services drive clinical outcome improvement
  • Drive behavioral health thought leadership by presenting at national and regional conferences, promoting Quartet as well as building relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Develop and execute key partnership strategies with C-level behavioral health executives in Quartet’s markets
  • Support business development campaigns as behavioral health expert to accelerate and increase sales
  • Become a clinical ambassador of Quartet’s mission to transform behavioral health

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with completion of psychiatry residency, or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with deep experience in prescribing psychotropic medications
  • 2 or more years business-related experience
  • Deep knowledge of behavioral health clinical workflow and innovative models of care
  • Passion for value-based healthcare transformation
  • Preference for experience in collaborative, integrated, or team-based care
  • Willingness to travel (~30 to 50%)
