Head of Enterprise Sales Engineering

We're looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and dynamic Head of Enterprise Sales Engineering to lead our global Integration and Data Integrity teams, provide vision, guidance and expertise on all things integrations, and help drive Riskified's success forward.
Responsibilities
- Own, lead and manage all of Riskified’s integration operations end to end and serve as the direct manager for 2 global teams split between NYC and TLV
- Define and build processes to clearly define your team’s roles and responsibilities, and manage your teams’ day to day; prioritize tasks and serve as an escalation point to resolve professional dilemmas
- Serve as Riskified’s “Center of knowledge” for all data integrity and integrations issues
- Provide vision and strategy - set goals and create cross-company plans involving various internal teams such as Sales, Product and R&D, striving to improve client interfaces and internal tools
- Recruit and scale your teams successfully, train and mentor new team members as teams grow
Requirements
- Proven technical background; should be comfortable reading logs, source code, querying DBs - MUST
- Minimum 2-3 years managerial experience leading a sales engineering/integrations engineering team - MUST
- Experience being client facing with enterprise companies - MUST
- Superb writing and communication skills in English
- Prior B2B SaaS experience - an advantage
- Experience in a data-centric role (ETL, DBA, etc.) - big advantage
- Available to travel across US, Israel and EU
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for other than practical training
