We are launching a stealth startup, which will build a digital clinical operations platform to disrupt the drug development industry. With funding already in place, this startup will capture part of this 50 billion dollar US market through digital redesign of the clinical trial value chain.

As the Head of Medical you will:

• Shape company strategy through cross-functional engagement, leveraging regulatory and medical expertise
• Own all regulatory processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards, and quality for product build and delivery, including review of all patient facing materials and submissions to IRBs
• Prepare, review and revise policies and procedures to meet development objectives
• Engage in detailed review of customer clinical trial protocols to shape service/product offerings
• Perform and review testing of the compliance program
• Directly engage with high priority sponsors and partners (e.g. CROs, clinical sites)
• Prepare and present training to firm employees

Desired Expertise & Experience

• 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Clinical development experience in pharmaceuticals
• Past experience with innovative digital tools in healthcare
• MD and/or PhD required
• Oncology experience a plus
• Previous experience engaging with IRBs and/or FDA
